Jay Dillon is the newly appointed Director of Alumni Engagement at the University of San Francisco. Jay began a career in advancement in 2003 at his alma mater, UCLA—first in marketing, with stops along the way in business development and project management and finally as CFO and Executive Director of alumni strategic initiatives.
He subscribes to the fundamental belief that alumni will and are changing the world on a daily basis, and that colleges and universities have an irreplaceable role to play in the ongoing success of their graduates.
Jay has presented at CAMMP and WCMG conferences, served on the faculty of the CASE Institute for Senior Alumni Relations Professionals, and has been featured in Currents magazine on the topics of affinity credit card programs and online alumni networks.
He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in music and is an active vocal coach for singers of all ages. Jay is a native of Riverside, Calif.
