Karin Botto is the executive director of organizational learning and Ignatian leadership at Saint Joseph's University. She is responsible for leadership development of faculty and administrators and organizational development for the University. Three main programs she facilitates are the SJU Management Training Program, SJU Ignatian Leadership Program for Faculty and SJU Ignatian Leadership Program for Administrators. Karin co-authored a model of Ignatian leadership that has been recently featured at the AJCU's seminar on higher education leadership.
Karin holds a masters of science in training and organizational development from Saint Joseph's University. Her specialties include leadership, group dynamics, coaching and mentoring, management training, and Igantian spirituality. She is certified to use the Emotional & Social Competency Inventory through The Hay Group and Benchmark's 360 Assessment Suite through The Center for Creative Leadership. She is qualified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator with advanced experience using the tool for executive coaching and improving team performance.
