Laurie Eichelberger Leiva joined the Office of Alumni Relations in September, 2011. Laurie assumed the role as director in February 2014. Prior to this, her primary responsibilities included oversight of Alumni Chapter Programing and working with the Young Alumni Pack.
Prior to working at Loyola University New Orleans Laurie worked in Alumni Affairs at the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington and at the Carolina Alumni Association at the University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina. She has had over 13 years of volunteer recruitment and management experience. Laurie graduated with a B.A. from Loyola University New Orleans (2003) and a M.Ed. from the University of South Carolina in Higher Education Administration and Student Affairs.
Laurie resides in New Orleans with her husband, Michael Leiva a 2002 graduate of Loyola University, and their two children.
