Maria L. Ochoa is the assistant director for Magis: Alumni Living the Mission at Seattle University. She specializes in spiritual formation, facilitation, and retreats—particularly on the intersection of Ignatian spirituality, creativity, and the arts. Maria's aim is to provide opportunities for alumni to deepen their sense of the Jesuit mission and engage with Ignatian spirituality and values in everyday life.
She is an alumna of Gonzaga University and obtained a master's degree in transforming spirituality from the School of Theology and Ministry at Seattle University. Maria has formerly served as pastoral assistant for young adult ministry at St. Joseph Parish in Seattle and as a residential minister.
