Michael DeCristofaro is the assistant director of the Holy Cross Fund. In this role, he works with the ten youngest alumni classes, a number of Purple Knights classes (those past their 50th reunion), oversees the phonathon program, and leads the College's developing student philanthropy initiatives. In his work with student philanthropy, he focuses on three areas (awareness, appreciation, and action) to engage students.
Prior to joining Holy Cross, Michael worked at St. Rose High School in Belmar, NJ where he was a part of a team that increased annual fund revenue by 60%, formally established the school's alumni association, and implemented the school's first phonathon and senior gift efforts. Michael is also pursuing a master's degree in nonprofit management at Northeastern University.
